Pricing Information and Designer Challenge Series:
Mandatory Walk-Through
We offer a 20 minute walk-through with all our services. This helps
you and us clarify the goals and exactly how much work you want done.
It also gives us all a sense of time involved and the preparation
required.
Consultation and Pricing:
If you would like, we can provide a one hour consultation on your
project. The consultation fee for any of our services is $275. Should
you choose to use our services, the consultation fee will be applied to your final invoice.
We also provide targeted consultations on color, fabrics, lighting, appliances, fixtures, relationships...
Pricing:
Estimates will vary depending on the project scope and time involved. Price ranges listed below are meant only as a guideline, not a guarantee and are subject to change.
For home staging, further consideration will be given to whether the
home is vacant or furnished. Prices may range from approximately
$1,500-$10,000.
For redesign, we also consider whether painting is necessary and if
additional furnishings are required. Prices may range from
approximately $1,500-$10,000.
For interior design, our services are billed on an hourly rate of $125/hr. A written report of an hour-long consultation is an additional $300. Any items purchased on behalf of a design concept/client are purchased at the designer's discounted cost plus 20%.
NEW! The Designer's Challenge: If you're looking to make a quick change, you might want to consider this option. We offer our redesign services for a single room, no more than 250 square feet and no structural alterations, to make-over the space in one week using your design preferences as a guide and your current furnishings to set the budget. Surprise your husband, surprise your wife or surprise yourself! This is a great, inexpensive way to refresh your space without committing to a time-consuming project. Take a week's vacation and return to a transformed space. Project Cost: $1500 and up.
