About the Property

Ah, vacation!  Think golf, tennis, beaches, motor bikes, and dramatic sunsets filled with the musical croaking of tree frogs!  At just under 3000 sf, the home is open-plan in 3-stories with magnificent views of Castle Harbor across the signature 17^th green at the Rosewood Tucker’s Point Club.  It sleeps 9:  four en suite bedrooms (two kings, 1 twin and a den queen pullout sofa) and an alcove with a single bed.  The living room, dining room and kitchen open to a brick porch with a gas BBQ for outdoor dining and entertaining.  On the second floor are the twin bedroom and the master with its own fireplace and deck, perfect for early-morning reading or watching the sunset. Upstairs is the second master suite and the sleeping alcove.  A provided golf cart will take you to the tennis courts, golf club or beach club where you can dine course-side or oceanside. There is also a community pool that serves HOA homes only just up the drive. Or maybe you just want to walk across the causeway bridge to the Rosewood Hotel to work out, go to the spa, do a little shopping, swim or dine?  Availability and prices depend on the season and length of stay.  Please see the Contact page for questions.
